Notice the residue melting right off with the sanding steps. I use 1500 sandpaper, then 2500, followed by 3000. Once this step is finished, I move into the buffing phase, and then finally the coating phase. Using a well dedicated headlight coatings ensures that they remain bright and clear for up to 2 years.
